Patient Update – Telephone Lines

You may be experiencing difficulties in getting through to us by telephone, please accept our sincere apologies for this but we are currently experiencing a high demand for our services. If your query is not urgent and not a request for an appointment you would be best to ring from 11:00 onwards, as our busiest time is up to 10:00.

We are working hard to make sure our patients with urgent needs are seen quickly. This may mean some patients may need to wait a bit longer for appointments when the situation is less urgent. To help us get your care right our reception team may ask you a few questions. We recognise this is a difficult situation and we would appreciate your patience with us at this present time and request that our reception staff are treated with respect whilst they are dealing with you. This surgery does not tolerate aggression or abuse towards any of our team.
