Appointments

Before booking an appointment with one of our clinicians, please view our self-referrals to check if a surgery appointment is needed for the service you require.

How to Book an Appointment

You can make an appointment in the following ways:

When booking your appointment the receptionist will ask you for some information, this will ensure that you see or talk to the right clinician for the right amount of time.

Telephone appointments are also available if this is more convenient for you. Not all consultations can be done by telephone so please ensure you check with reception before you book.

Chaperone

If you should require an examination during your consultation with the doctor, you can request a chaperone, such as the practice nurse.

Telephone Advice

The doctors can offer advice where appropriate and the reception staff will take your contact details and brief information so that it can be passed to the most appropriate person who will call you back, though please be aware that this can sometimes take a couple of days.

Medicines Order Line

Patients can now order their repeat prescriptions using the Dedicated NHS Medicines Order Line on 01246 588860 08:00-16:00, Monday to Friday.
