Urgent night and weekend
visits are covered by United Health Care. To access this service
please telephone the normal surgery number and your call will be automatically transferred. Have a pen and paper ready and if calling from a call box have
enough money for more than one call. Please be aware that if the doctor
is very busy there may be a delay in responding to your call. If you
feel your condition is life-threatening and needs immediate attention,
we suggest you dial 999.

PATIENTS'
COMPLAINTS
The practice operates a complaints
procedure as part of the NHS system. Should you experience dissatisfaction
with your care or the service you have received please ask for a Practice
Complaints Procedure Leaflet from a member of staff, or contact the
practice manager, who will explain the procedure in more
detail and arrange to investigate your complaint.
